Located on Ditney Knob Mountain (elevation is 2677 feet) in North Georgia, Enchanting Forest is a quaint mountain private community that is surrounded by farmlands and the Chattahoochee National Forest. Common properties in the neighborhood are maintained and managed through a voluntary owners association.

As a voluntary owners association, this website is maintained for the benefit of those property owners who have joined.

PLEASE NOTE: The Enchanting Forest neighborhood contains roadways with steep grades which has required the EFOA to establish a "4 or All Wheel Drive Vehicle only" requirement to access properties in the community. Persons using only 2 wheel drive whether it be rear or front wheel do so at their own risk.
